What To Expect

PTX is different from other personal trainers and gyms in the area. We take pride in that! We do not push or sell supplements. We do not ask you to follow specific meal plans, but will help you create good eating habits.  There are no long-term contracts; it is pay as you go. We feel confident in not requiring contracts because our clients know the great value of our services. We are proud of our high retention rate with no gimmicks or incentives.  PTX provides support and smart training in a friendly, no pressure environment. We want you to enjoy your workout, getting healthy and staying healthy!

Your first visit with Jeff will consist of a physical assessment to determine your fitness level. Together you will create your fitness goals.  The physical assessment is a one-time charge of $75. Periodic assessments can be done at no additional charge.  

After your initial assessment, you may choose to train with a group (typically 3 to 5 people), with one partner, or one-on-one, whatever best suits you. The pricing for sessions is as follows:






Clients may come in to use cardio equipment at any other workout session time at no charge, space permitting .

A variety of training times are offered throughout the week. Plan your workout days and times with Jeff so we can make sure you are accommodated. Below are times for our group sessions. If you wish to do one-on-one or two person training please call Jeff to schedule your time since those times will not be listed below. We keep our group classes small so please plan with Jeff the times below that work with your schedule. 










Most clients prefer training at the same time each week holding them accountable and making it harder to say "I'll just go to the gym tomorrow." Let's face it; we all have overlooked or neglected our fitness and health, the most important aspects in our lives. We just don’t have the motivation to get to the gym! It is too easy to say "I'll start my workout next week” or “I'll start a diet after the holidays.” Knowing that someone is expecting you makes it harder to skip a work out!
